At emma, you can purchase all the well-known brands at consistently low prices. To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old. emma is reserved for private individuals.
Order Cancellation
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must send an email to info@emma.co.uk as soon as possible. However, orders cannot be canceled if the warehouse has already begun processing them. Customer support is only available on weekdays within specific hours. It is not possible to cancel orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
If a package is not picked up and the customer wishes to return it, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange this and cover the associated costs and any depreciation. In addition, a handling fee of 4 GBP will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the deducted amount exceeds the value of the order, the remaining amount will be retained for future payment.
Prices at emma
The prices displayed on the site are for private customers. We compare our prices with standard retail prices offered by other stores and webshops. While we monitor these prices closely, we reserve the right to adjust them in response to sudden market changes. If a product's price is significantly lower than the market price or is clearly incorrect, and you should have reasonably noticed this, emma is not obligated to deliver the product at the incorrect price.
Payment
All payments are processed only when your order is shipped using the website's payment module with the associated card issuer. At emma, you can pay with Visa and Mastercard. All payment and card fees are not included in the price and are therefore borne by the customer. Membership fees and purchases on emma can only be made with payment cards. The amount is charged to your card only when the goods are dispatched. The amount deducted will never exceed the amount you approved at the time of purchase.
All prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change. When you trade with emma, agreements are made in the english language.
All prices are aimed at private consumers, and products can only be purchased to a limited extent for personal use. emma reserves the right to cancel or amend an order at any time.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed with emma are delivered via a parcel box. The delivery and handling fee depends on the size of each order and the chosen pickup location. emma is responsible for the goods until you receive them. If you want your package resent due to non-delivery or any other reason, you will need to pay for shipping and handling again.
Right of Withdrawal and Return
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at emma.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item or the last item in physical possession when multiple items are ordered in one order and delivered individually.
Within 14 days of receipt, you must inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The notice can be sent to email info@emma.co.uk In your notice, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it back. You will find it attached to your order confirmation or you can download the form at the bottom of this page.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for packaging the item securely, unopened, and in its original packaging. You bear the risk of the item from the time of its delivery.
The following product groups are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
Sealed goods and products where the seal is broken after delivery and for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return.
Goods and products that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
Goods and products where the seal is broken or deteriorates quickly.
If you withdraw your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to emma. In the event of a depreciation for which the customer is liable, this will be deducted from the total purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments for the order in question will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned them before then.
Returning and Exchanging Christmas Gifts
Items purchased between November 23 and December 23 can be returned or exchanged until the second Monday in January of the following year. However, this does not apply to food, beverages, or items with broken packaging.
