Purchase Terms and Conditions for Emma

How to Purchase
By placing an order with Emma, located at 20-22 Wenlock Road, N1 7GU London, you are entering into a purchase agreement.

You are prohibited from reselling products purchased through Emma to third parties.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order yo will need to send an email to info@emma.co.uk soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed by our warehouse or shipped from our third part supplier.

All payments are processed using Card, Google Pay, or PayPal. Accepted payment methods on emma.co.uk include VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, and MasterCard. Payment is deducted from your account upon order dispatch or commencement. Prices displayed include VAT and are based on current market rates. All transactions are conducted in English.

Returning Products
When shopping at Emma, you have a 90-day right of cancellation. To exercise this right, you must provide a clear statement of cancellation within 90 days of receiving the goods.

Certain goods are excluded from this right, including perishable items, foodstuffs, and over-the-counter medicines. Additionally, breaking the seal on certain items, such as health or hygiene products, forfeits the right of cancellation.

When returning items, include your order confirmation or a note with your name, order number, and email address. You are responsible for securely packaging the item and bearing the risk until it is received. Failure to collect a parcel may result in a return fee.

Cancellation Policies and Return of Products
Emma offers a 90-day cancellation policy. To initiate a return, contact us via email at info@emma.co.uk within 90 days of delivery. Refusal of delivery does not constitute cancellation unless communicated via email.

Refund of Purchase
Refunds are processed upon receipt of returned goods. The refund amount is transferred to the original payment method. Shipping costs are refunded for defective goods returned using our return label.

Your Right to Complain
Emma offers a standard legal complaints procedure for 12 months after delivery. Contact us as soon as you notice an issue with your product. Complaints must be filed within two months of detecting faults.
