René Furterer

René Furterer was born in 1957 to Monsieur René Furterer, a hairdresser who knew from experience that plants could do a lot for the health and vitality of the hair. The first two products he ever created, Complexe 5 and the Shea Mask, are still available today as they remain as iconic as ever. Over time, Monsieur René Furterer continued to create entire lines of products, always with two essential mantras in mind: that plants are our best source of nutrients and that hair needs a healthy scalp if it is to grow healthy and strong.
